Therapeutic groups
@ Rainbow Rascals Livingston
Therapeutic art groups provide a thoughtful and supportive environment to explore emotional wellbeing through creativity.
Our Therapeutic Art Groups provide a safe, supportive and creative space where children, young people and parents/carers can explore emotions, build confidence and connect with others through art and play. Sessions are designed to support emotional wellbeing while gently teaching practical emotional regulation tools, helping participants understand feelings, manage anxiety and develop healthy coping strategies in a fun and engaging way.
Using creative activities, sensory experiences and guided therapeutic support, our groups encourage self-expression, resilience and positive relationships in a warm, inclusive environment where every child feels valued and supported.
