Therapeutic groups
For children & adults
Therapeutic art groups provide a thoughtful and supportive environment to explore emotional wellbeing through creativity.
Grounded in professional art therapy practice, these groups offer a balance of structure and openness—allowing space for personal reflection while benefiting from the presence of others. Engaging in a shared process can help foster connection, deepen understanding, and gently reduce feelings of isolation.
Each group is intentionally small and facilitated with care, creating a space where participants can feel safe to express themselves, develop new perspectives, and build practical tools for everyday life.
