Creative expression, emotional wellbeing and coping skills
For children aged 5–9 (recommended age)
The Kids Creative Coping Club is a relaxed, creative group designed to give children a safe space to create, explore and develop simple tools to support their emotional wellbeing.
Each week we explore a different creative activity, with a coping or regulation tool naturally incorporated into the session. Children might explore feelings, self-care, confidence, worries, friendships or what helps them feel calm and safe — all through creative and playful activities.
There is no need to be “good at art”. The focus is on the process of creating, having fun and finding different ways to express ourselves.

Children do not need to attend every week — individual sessions can be booked depending on availability, making the group flexible for families.
